Higher Ground Student Ministries

This group is for our teens -- grades 6th through 12th.

"Higher Ground exists to Invest in the lives of youth, by Inviting them into the life and body of the church, Introducing them to the transforming love of Jesus Christ, and Instructing them in their faith journey, in order that they may go out and Illuminate the world."

Join us Sunday mornings during the 11:00am Worship hour in the Friends Center, and Sunday evenings at 6:00pm for a special worship night in the Friends Center. Wednesday night 6:00-7:30pm in the Friends Center. Special events include: Winter Retreat, Youth Explosion, Concerts and much more!

Activities

Wednesday Nights - all youth (6th-12th) will meet every Wednesday in the Friends Center from 6:00-7:30pm for "Un-plugged".

Sunday Nights - all youth will meet every Sunday Nights from 6-8pm in the Friends Center for "Reboot". NO REBOOT May 12th!

- Girls/Guy Chill Night - Friday, May 17th from 6-7:30pm

- Senior Recognition Sunday/Youth Sunday - June 2nd - graduating high school seniors, submit a baby and senior picture to Erin by May 20th.

- Jr Hi Orientation - Sunday, June 2nd from 5:30-6pm

- Parent's Night - Sunday, June 2nd from 6-8pm

- McDonald's Night - Friday, June 7th from 6-7:30pm

- Summer Kick-Off - Sunday, June 9th from 6-8pm

- VBS Week - June 10th-14th for students finishing 6th grade. All other teens can help with VBS, see Jamie or Erin.

- Buffalo Wild Wing's Night - Tuesday, June 18th from 6-7:30pm

- Girls/Guy Chill Night - Friday, June 21st from 6-7:30pm

- Bowling Night - Friday, June 28th from 6-9pm
